Protecting material edges from screeds.
When packaging materials such as decorative finishing panels, drywall, hardboard, etc., the screed is placed on a special liner made from a protective corner. This method protects the corners from creasing and reliably fixes the sheets collected in a “package”.
Protecting edges and securing materials to the pallet.
Installed on a pallet, they are reliably protected from crushing along the end edge on both sides. Depending on the length and weight, they may need to be secured around the entire perimeter. With this packaging method, many dozens of materials are preserved. Corners for edge protection are supplied according to customer dimensions or molded.
Protection of cardboard boxes.
Cardboard box corners protect corners and provide additional rigidity when packing and stacking. It is possible to use corners with an adhesive layer applied on the outer sides. When stacking boxes reinforced with protective corners on a pallet, the “row” increases. Due to the distribution of the weight load on the protective corners, cardboard boxes do not wrinkle.
